Mark Harding is a highly active member of the Jazz community and can provide any size Jazz group, solo to big band, with or without vocals. Musicians are the region's top Jazz performers and educators. Past Performances include: Hildene, Southern Vermont Arts Center, The Equinox Hotel, Stratton Mountain, Victorian Inn, Killington Grand Hotel, The Paramount and Flynn Theatres, Vermont Governor’s Ball, Berklee College of Music, and hundreds of private functions and small venues throughout the North East and in Europe.

The Marble City Swing Band
A 14 to 21 piece big band with a vocalist that was formed in 1979. They have enjoyed increasing popularity ever since, playing your big band favorites such as Count Basie, Glenn Miller and Buddy Rich. They also play swing, light rock, jazz and dixieland. Past Performances at The Equinox, Hildene and Wilburton Inn, Barrows House. Burlington Radisson and Sheraton, Shelburne Farms, First Night Rutland, the Vermont Governor's Ball, Country Inn Magazine, International Trial Lawyers Association, Rutland Paramount Theatre, and numerous private functions. They even jammed with Ed Shaugnessy of The Tonight Show!

Moments Notice Trio
A sweet trio playing Standards, Jazz and Latin in the tradition of Wes Montgomery, and such sax greats as Paul Desmond and Charlie Parker. Performances at The Mountain Top Inn, The Iron Lantern restaurant, many private functions. The perfect solution for great jazz in a smaller venue. Don Goodman (guitar), Steve Mclaughlin (sax and flute), Mark Harding (upright bass).

The Ace Leonard Quintet
An exiting jazz quintet led by master tenorman Jim "Ace" Leonard, a veteren of 30 years military band sevice who has played with just about everybody who is anybody in the recent history of Jazz! Featuring fabulous musicianship and a vast collective knowledge of the Jazz tradition, this group is perfect to swing any party and makes a great concert act too.

John Sabataso's Killington Jazz
One of the top function bands in the Rutland area, this group features piano, vocals, vibraphone and two or three horns and has an exceptionally smooth delivery of tunes from the great American songbook. Jazz, show tunes, bossa novas, blues and more. This group features personnel from the Marble City Swing Band can be booked on it's own or as an opening act for that group Past Performances include The Victorian Inn, Killington Grand Hotel, Palms Restaurant and too many parties to mention.

Dixieland
Mark grew up surronded by his fathers active participation in the British Dixieland scene and has been playing dixieland professionally since he was 15!  He Frequently collaborates with some of the top names in Dixieland in the Northeast.
